My stay at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok was wonderful, though there were minor setbacks. The location is fantastic, being close to shopping hubs like Chatuchak Market. The service was superb, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome. However, the TV in my first room was outdated, which was a bit disappointing for a five-star hotel.
